Sander Gelsing is a registered patent agent with both the Canadian and United States patent offices.

He can assist you with all your patent matters, including patent searching, preparing and filing patent applications.

Sander acts for clients all across Canada, including those in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer, as well as for clients in foreign countries.


Experience:

Mr. Gelsing has in-depth experience with patent application preparation and prosecution for both Canada and the United States. He has also provided patent due dilligence advice, assisted with commercial transactions involving patents, and provided representation on patent validity issues, patent infringement matters and patent licensing.


International Patent Practice:

Sander also has a continued and significant exposure to international patent practice on a regular basis, particularly with intellectual property practitioners in foreign countries.

He acts as the Canadian patent agent for foreign patent practitioners with regard to their Canadian patent filings. In turn, Sander relies on his network of foreign associates to file and prosecute his Canadian client's applications in numerous countries around the world.
