CopyrightsSander Gelsing is a Canadian intellectual property lawyer and holds a law degree from the University of Victoria. He is called to both the Alberta and British Columbia Bars.
Mr. Gelsing assists clients with a variety of copyright and related legal matters, including:
- copyright applications / registrations;
- copyright licensing and royalty agreements;
- copyright enforcement and copyright law suits;
- copyright ownership disputes; and
- due-diligence surrounding the purchase of copyright assets.
In his litigation practice Mr. Gelsing acts before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court Trial Division and the Federal Court of Appeal.
